1. Run more

2. Keep away from Stress

4. Develop healthy eating habits

5. Avoid Diet by reducing the frequency of eating

Reduce weight does not have to reduce the frequency of eating. You can choose low-calorie foods. A balanced meal in small portions with low calories will help keep you slim and functions your metabolism.
