6 Ways To Combat Aging Skin
 

Aging skin is a natural part of growing older. Eventually, everyone's skin starts to show the signs of aging. But, there are ways to fight back! Today, we will be going over 6 ways to combat aging skin. Ready for these? Let’s go.

1. Apply sunscreen. Sunscreen is one of the best ways to fight the signs of aging. Protecting your skin from the harmful rays of the sun will really help to keep your skin healthy, safe and young. Using chemical free SPF of at least 30 or higher is the recommended way to safely protect your skin from the sun!  

2. Moisturise religiously. Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise. Using a good moisturiser will seriously help keep your skin bouncing back. Use one that is right for you skin type and degree of anti-aging that is best for you. Apply immediately after washing your face both night and day, and if your skin is dry or severely damaged, perhaps even once during the middle of the day wouldn’t hurt too. 

3. Lymphatic face massage. Massaging your...face? Yes. Lymphatic face message is a technique that is great for keeping your skin in fantastic shape. Keeping the blood flowing and circulating through massage will help to keep things smooth. You can always go to a spa and have a professional give you a nice face massage, but you can also give one to yourself! 

4. Silk pillowcase. Sleeping on a silk pillowcase helps with the little lines that can appear after sleeping on your face. Cotton and other materials add to the damage being done to your face each night, but silk does just the opposite! It prevents your skin from smushing together while you’re dozing.  

5. Superfoods. Your diet has a lot to do with your physical appearance, so eating healthy will aid you in achieving healthy, young looking skin! Adding superfoods consistently into your diet will help your body to be stronger, healthier and younger! Foods such as blueberries, acai berry, raw oats, beans, spinach, kale, nuts & dark chocolate are among the best superfoods for healthy skin. 

6. Use a great face oil or serum. Face oils and serums are great for fighting the signs of aging. Deeply moisturizing, nourishing and full of anti-aging ingredients, patting an oil or serum into the skin once or twice a day will help to fight those little lines! Some of the best oils for anti-aging are maracuja oil, argan oil, vitamin E and lavender.
