When it comes to your skin, especially your face it's very important to know the so called "rules". These rules are the things you should always do no matter what your skin care routine consists of, how old you are or your skin type. 1. Remove your make-up thoroughly before you go to sleep!
We can never preach this enough. If you do not remove your make-up thoroughly, there will still be residual make-up left on your skin. This may clog your pores and lead to break outs.

2. Drink lots of water. Always stay hydrated!
Water keeps your body hydrated. Dehydration makes your skin look more dry and wrinkled. Being hydrated also has extra benefits such as helps flush out toxins from your body. And if you replace sodas and other drinks containing sugar with water, that will help you lose a little extra weight!

3. Many of us are guilty of this… Don't forget your neck!
The skin on our neck is very thin and needs a lot of care. Remember to extend your moisturiser to your neck and apply in an upward sweeping motion.
